The estimated delivery time is based on the seller's handling time, the postal service selected, and when the seller receives cleared payment. In certain cases, the estimated delivery time will vary. By knowing the estimated delivery time, you can determine how long it will take to receive the item.
Sellers are required to specify how long they will take to package and post the item after receiving cleared payment. Sellers may select a handling time between 1 to 30 days
Some postal services provide an estimate for number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to the buyer. This transit time does not include the seller's handling time. It includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates
A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller's account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However if the buyer pays by cheque or money order, it may take several days.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time is the total amount of time that it will take for the buyer to receive the item based on the handling time, the postal service selected, and the type of payment used.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
However the following points must be observed:
• Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase. • Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.
To request a refund or return a product you must telephone 01788 878001 with the details and reason for return and request a unique returns ref No.
No cancellations or returns will be accepted without the unique returns ref No
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to provide us with information of the damage caused. We will provide you with damage return ref No and arrange to have the product replaced. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed by the postal system.
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day we received your returned product.
Coffee Beans and capsules are classified as non-perishable food items and you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods by telephone or e-mail for return/refund.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed by the postal system.
